Treviso

Carlos Guijarro

Treviso is an iconic collection consisting of three sculptural tables that revisit classical architecture from the aesthetics of the present. Taking the use of travertine marble as a starting point, they are inspired by the details and proportions of classical Italian architecture, seeking to highlight the inherent purity of the material. The rotundity of the legs and the use of travertine bring reminiscences of classical art, while the organic and rounded shapes of the top bring the contemporary vision.

The tables in the Treviso collection consist of a circular or organic-shaped top with a rounded edge and two or three rounded legs. Tables with circular tops have a symmetrical composition and their legs are turned at the same angle, which creates a visual and stylistic cohesion in the collection. The organic-shaped top table, on the other hand, is asymmetrical and adds dynamism to the ensemble. The low tables have three legs and the high table has two.

In addition to travertine marble, the Treviso tables are available in glossy lacquered MDF. Two materials that provide a very different aesthetic, demonstrating the versatility of the furniture and making it perfect for spaces with different characteristics and styles.
