Héctor Diego, Valencia 1973. He studied Technical Engineering in Industrial Design at the Cardenal Herrera CEU University in Valencia, graduating after a Master in Product Development in 1998, later working in the Technical Office and Design department of the company AIC / Martínez-Medina, he established his own studio in 2001, in which he carried out tasks of Industrial Design, Art Direction, Exhibition Assemblies and Product Presentation.

He designs for renowned companies such as Toyota, Perobell, Añón Querol, Ibersilla, De la Oliva, Koo International, Indartu, Oe, Viccarbe, Novum, Kendo, LZF lamps and La cocina Miele, among others, for which he has developed furniture, lighting, bathroom, office, exhibition and street furniture projects, and has been the art director for some of them.

He has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Spain and abroad. Recently his work has been exhibited in cities such as Tokyo, New York, Frankfurt, Paris. Several selections among his works for the cDIM Design Awards. Finalist in the International Design Competition cDIM Feria Valencia 99. cDIM Feria Valencia Award 2001, Art direction section.

In 2008 he collaborated with Toyota in the Coordination of Interior Finishes for the Japanese and European markets for the Toyota IQ model. In 2010 he received the prestigious Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Chicago Museum of Architecture, Design and Metropolitan Art Ltd. in the furniture category with the Plane bench produced by DelaOliva, an award that values design of the highest quality in form, function and aesthetics, and represents product excellence, strength and identity to the public. Becoming part of the Permanent Collection of the Chicago Design Museum.
